You know I am retired and prepping isn't a must, but I like to keep busy during the week. Besides I have a craft project I need to finish this weekend.
Today I started out making hubby scrambled eggs with jalapenos and onions topped with my new poblano sauce, served with avocado toast.
This morning I am making burger and hot dog buns. It is such an easy recipe. My thanks go to Rachael Loves To Cook. So many good recipes. The dog buns was a test. I can make them again. We bought all beef dogs at Rosenthal Meat located at Texas A & M meat market.
I washed potatoes, yams, and roma tomatoes in a tub of water with a bit of white vinegar. The romas will be made into Pico de Gallo. I serve it over hubby's eggs and sometimes I add it to my DUMP salad at 11am.
Tonight we will have salmon with yams and a salad. I took a while Costco young chicken out and will cook that tomorrow.
